Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Sri Om Prakash Gupta for the respondent no.1; and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.2.
The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent no.2 to decide Arbitration Case No. 09 of 2018 pending before him, under Section 3G (5) of National Highway Act, 1956.
From the record, it appears that application before the second respondent was submitted on 31st March, 2018. The order-sheet of the proceeding is not on record.
Under the circumstances, this Court does not consider it appropriate to issue any specific direction.
However, it is observed that the second respondent shall endeavour to bring the proceedings to its logical conclusion, expeditiously, if the same has not been decided.
