JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) Learned counsel Mr. S.M. Shah appearing for respondent No.1 Bank states that the offer made by the petitioner under One Time Settlement Scheme on 31.3.2006 has been rejected by the Bank. He further submits that the other application made by the petitioner for One Time settlement on 27.10.2009 has also been rejected by the Bank. Therefore, the decision of the Apex Court in Sardar Associates and others v. Punjab and Sindh Bank and others, (2009) 8 SCC 257 has been complied with by the Bank.
He, therefore, submits that he may be allowed 10 days time to file affidavit-in-reply of a responsible Officer of the Bank and along with the reply, copies of the orders rejecting One Time Settlement offered by the petitioner shall be filed and all relevant materials shall be produced showing that the said order of the Bank was communicated to the petitioner. List these matters on 9.4.2012.
