(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for suspension of sentence and regular bail and alternatively he has prayed for early hearing of the appeal.
It appears that earlier the application for suspension of sentence and regular bail has been dismissed vide order dated 23.6.2009 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.15586 of 2008.
Hence, the present application, being successive bail application, cannot be granted. Further, as the main matter is of 2008, office shall expedite the preparation of the paper-book and after the paper-book is ready, the matter shall be listed for final hearing within one month thereafter.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
