Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of both the sides, so also considering the averments made in this application supported by the affidavit of the applicant, this Court is of the opinion that the relief as prayed in paragraph 2(A), should be granted, and the notice qua the respondent No.4 - Rakshesh Jaydevlal Brahmbhatt, shall be published in any local newspaper. The notice shall be made returnable on 18.6.2012. Mr.Surti, learned advocate for the applicant states that the direct service may be permitted, so that the publication in the newspaper shall be made at the cost of the applicant, without any delay. Permission granted. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
