Heard Shri Virendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 and Shri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 3.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ghazipur to decide the Original Suit No. 193 of 2015 (Vishnudutta and another Vs. Gaon Panchayat and others) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
