Mat.Appeal No.690/2014 is filed against the judgment in O.P.No.186/2013 of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha. The Crl.M.C. is filed with a prayer to quash Annexure A2 final report and all further proceedings thereto in C.C.No.211/2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Perumbavoor. The offence alleged is under Section 498 (A).
2. In Mat. Appeal No.690/2014, I.A.No.3063/2014 has been filed for recording compromise. Condition No.3 therein is that the respondent has agreed that she does not want to continue the prosecution in C.C.No.211/2014 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Perumbavoor arising from Crime No. 2611/2012 of Perumbavoor Police Station. It is also stated that she has no objection in granting the relief sought for in the Crl.M.C.
Accordingly, we dispose of the appeal as settled and the terms of settlement will form part of the judgment. In the light of the settlement of the disputes, we allow Crl.M.C.No.5048/2014 and quash Annexure A2 final report and all further proceedings in C.C.No.211/2014 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Perumbavoor.
