JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.543 of 2014 of the Neyyattinkara Police station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 324 and 308 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, Sec.27 of the Arms Act, apprehends arrest and has filed the application. 2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. The allegation is that on 02.04.2014 at about 10.30 p.m., the petitioner and others attacked the defacto complainant and others as the later refused to give money to purchase liquor. The 1st accused used sword while the others used stones.
4. To the 3rd accused, this Court refused relief as per order dated 09.06.2014 in B.A. No.3885 of 2014.On hearing both sides, I do not find reason to take a different Bail Appl. No.4002 of 2014 2 view in the matter of the petitioner.
5. It is directed that in case the petitioner is arrested, he shall be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate as early as possible.
The application is disposed of with the above direction.
