JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners are the accused in Crime No. 86/2014 of Muhamma Police Station. They are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 323, 341 and 458 read with Section 34 I.P.C.
2. This petition has been filed stating that the matter has been settled between the parties and requesting that the proceedings in the Criminal Case may be quashed.
3. Heard.
4. The de facto-complainant and the victim have entered appearance through counsel and filed affidavit to the effect that the matter has been settled and the Criminal Case against the petitioners need not be proceeded with.
I am satisfied that the facts of the case justify granting of the prayer.
In the result, the proceedings in Crime No. 81/2014 of Muhamma Police Station are quashed.
