After arguing for sometime, the Counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Case on the ground that the offences alleged are compoundable offences and he can move an application before the concerned court itself for this purpose.

So, the above submission of the Counsel for the petitioners is recorded and permission is granted and the Criminal Miscellaneous Case is dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty.
