JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is accused in Crime No.356 of 2014 of the Sasthamcotta Police station for the offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 341, 326 and 308 read with Sec.149 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehends arrest and has filed the application. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application. It is submitted that on 15.03.2014 due to political rivalry the petitioner and others attacked members of the opposite political party and caused fracture of skull of the defacto complainant.
3. Learned counsel submitted that the allegations are not true.
4. I find from the order dated 28.05.2014 and 03.06.2014 in B.A. Nos.2415 of 2014 and 3924 of 2014 that request of some of the accused for pre arrest bail was Bail Appl. No.4021 of 2014 2 rejected by this Court having regard to the relevant circumstances. There is no reason why a different view should be taken in this application.
It is directed that incase the petitioner is arrested, he shall be produced before the jurisdictional magistrate as early as possible.
The application is disposed of with the above direction.
