Shri Amresh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was retired on the post of Principal on 30.6.2013, however, subsequently, there were some litigations regarding the post of Principal.
Learned counsel further submitted that all the litigation has now been decided and the petitioner has submitted a detailed representation dated 24.11.2017 to the District Inspector of Schools, Deoria, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure no.6 to the petition regarding the arrears of salary. However, till date, the same has not been decided.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of D.I.O.S. has fairly submitted that the said representation ought to have been decided at the earliest.
Considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the record.
Respondent no.3 - D.I.O.S. Deoria is directed to decide the representation dated 24.11.2017, filed by the petitioner at the earliest, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
