Respondent (By Sri N.K.Ramesh, Advocate) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to evaluate Question No.2 in Obstetrics and Gynecology Paper-
II QP Code 1099 answered by the petitioner in answer booklet number XXXXXXX449 in the degree examination held in the month of December 2018 MBBS Phase III Part-II by the respondent University vide Annexure-D.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the court delivered the following:-
ORDER After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel appearing for both the sides are agreeable to the Court’s proposal that the answer to question No.2 of QP code 1099 relating to Obstetrics & Gynecology Paper-II of the petitioner-Medical student shall be revalued by third evaluator within two weeks; such evaluator shall be different from the one who did the third valuation in question earlier and the result of such revaluation shall be binding on both the sides.
In view of this consensual arrangement, nothing more remains to be done in this case and accordingly, writ petition stands disposed off.
No costs.
