JUDGMENT / ORDER

The issue with respect to cancellation of license, ordered as per Ext.P3 for one year, was modified in Ext.P5, to nine months from 10.12.2013. Since the period is already over, there would be no reason why the contentions be considered at this stage.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructous.
