Learned counsel for Gaon Sabha, on instructions, submits that compliance of the order dated 22.1.2018 whereby direction for the Gazette publication of the legal heirs of dead tenant holders is passed, will be made within a period of four weeks from today and petitioners, in this writ petition, will also be included in the list of publication, if there is no other legal impediment.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that appropriate direction be passed that authority concerned will consider objection filed on behalf of petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned that the Authority will provide opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties before passing the order, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks from today.
