1. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner, states that there is some serious defect in writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one.
2. Learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for Respondent-Bank has no objection to aforesaid request.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
