Issue notice to the respondents returnable at an early date. The appellant may take steps to serve the respondents by ordinary post as well as by registered post.
Until further orders of this Court, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 28.3.2012 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 2, Gorakhpur/Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gorakhpur in M.A.C.P. No. 344 of 2007, Smt. Hewanti Devi and another Vs. Banwari Lal and others shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount of award within six weeks. The claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the entire amount. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within four weeks.
