Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0008 of 2021 under Sections 420, 406 IPC and Section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station Mirzapur, District Mirzapur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. states that chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to apply for bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
