JUDGMENT / ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that previously an arbitrator was appointed. However, since proceedings could not complete within the time provided, such proceedings lapsed. Misc. civil application filed for reviving the earlier order came to be withdrawn on 25.11.2011. With a view to filing fresh arbitration petition, accordingly, present petition has been filed.
