Monika Panchal for Mr. Arpit Patel, learned advocate for the applicant, stated that Mr. Arpit Patel having filed a sick-note, this petition be adjourned. Learned advocate, Mr. Salil Thakore for the respondent, however, pointed out that such sick-notes have been filed consecutively since last four occasions.

As a last chance, the matter is adjourned to 29.06.2012. If on that date, for any reason, it is not possible for the counsel, Mr. Arpit Patel to appear and argue, he shall make alternative arrangements.
