Heard Sri Nisha Srivatava, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A.
Learned A.G.A. has filed counter affidavit of Superintendent of Police Sitapur, today, which is taken on record.
It has been informed that final report has been submitted in this case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she will pursue the remedy of filing a protest application before the Magistrate, where the final report has been submitted.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
