Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent No. 2 to transfer the investigation from local police to any other independent agency.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to supervise the investigation and direction may be given to respondent No. 4 to conduct fair and proper investigation in the First Information Report dated 14.2.2021 lodged as Case Crime No. 54 of 2021 under Sections 302, 394 IPC, Police Station Phaphund, District Auraiya."
Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submits that chargesheet has been submitted against the three accused on 22.3.2021 and against one accused on 3.8.2021 respectively. Therefore, cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
