The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 50527 of 2009 (Vishambhar Dayal Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by learned counsel for the applicant that with the efflux of time, the matter has become infrctuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as having become infrctuous.
