Disputes raised in the present writ petition are between the family members which are required to be resolved by amicable settlement, as proposed by the learned advocates for the parties. Therefore, this matter is referred to the High Court Mediation Centre, Gujarat High Court Campus, Ahmedabad.
Report of the learned Mediator shall reach this Court within two weeks from today. In the meantime, petitioner-husband shall deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/= during the course of the day, and a further sum of Rs. 25,000/= within one week from today.
Learned advocate for the respondent assures not to move execution petition on petitioner adhering to the schedule of payment; as mentioned hereinabove.
Registry shall intimate to the Member Secretary, Mediation Centre forthwith. Parties to the proceedings shall cooperate in the matter before the Mediation Center.
