Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the marriage of his uncle's son which is scheduled on 20th March, 2012.

In our view, the ground is not such where the presence of the applicant can be said to be indispensable.

Hence, application is rejected. Rule discharged.
