ORDER Heard Shri G.S.Balagangadhar, learned advocate for the petitioner. Though served, none appears for the respondents.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that she has been shifted from office work to power generation unit on 13.06.2019.
3. Learned advocate for petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and therefore, it is difficult for her to carry on the duties presently assigned. Admittedly, petitioner is an Assistant Engineer. Therefore, ground urged by the learned advocate for petitioner is not maintainable. However, petitioner may make representation to the Management stating the reasons seeking change of working place. If such representation is made within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, Management shall consider the same in accordance with law.
4. Petition disposed of.
No costs.
