JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI)
1. This is an application for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing OJ Appeal. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the respondent. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Considering the contents of the application, it cannot be said that the delay caused in filing the OJ Appeal has remained totally unexplained. Therefore, we are of the view that the delay caused in filing OJ Appeal deserves to be condoned. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
