Heard Sri Anirudh Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the victim Sangeeta as per FIR is aged about 17 years. The applicant and the victim have married with each other and their marriage has also been registered under the Uttar Pradesh Marriage Registration Rule, 2017. The victim is living with the applicant as on date.
Learned AGA states that there is no averment made in the bail application that the victim is living with the applicant to which learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is allowed a weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit stating the said fact.
Learned AGA shall also verify the said fact by the next date if the supplementary affidavit is filed by the applicant.
List the matter on 7.8.2019.
