On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has been awarded average marks in the subject of Samaveshi Shiksha IIIrd semester of the B.T.C. course examination-2018 (batch 2015).
Sri Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a true copy of the corrected marks-sheet may be supplied to the petitioner.
The respondent No.2-Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allahabad is directed to provide a true copy of the corrected marks-sheet to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
