Petitioner claims to have been appointed in Dr. Syed Mahmood Inter College, Bhitri, District Ghazipur on a Class-IV post. The papers relating to the appointment have been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur on 30th December, 2017, but a decision in the matter is yet to be taken.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's grievance shall be considered in accordance with law.
Under the circumstances noticed above, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim for appointment on Class IV post in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Needless to say that an opportunity of hearing be given to the Principal of the institution also.
