Petitioner is permitted to correct the description of respondent no. 1 in the array of parties.
The only grievance in the writ petition is that the claim instituted by the petitioner before the District Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum has not been decided, though the matter has remained pending for nearly four years. Contention is that proceeding being summary in nature ought to be concluded, expeditiously.
Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, it is not necessary to issue notices to the private respondents.
In the facts of the case, we dispose off this writ petition with a direction upon the first respondent to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of Complaint No. 91 of 2017 (Vishal Seth and another Vs. M/s Wave Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and others), expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
