JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite parties No.1 and 2 and Shri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties No.3 and 4.
Issue notice to opposite party No.5, returnable at an early date, for which, necessary steps be taken within a week. Office to proceed accordingly.
All the opposite parties are allowed four weeks' time for filing their respective counter affidavits. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period along with Writ Petition Nos.3615(SS) of 2009, 3618(SS) of 2009, 3415(SS) of 2009, 4415(SS) of 2009 and 4776(SS) of 2009.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the opposite party No.4 shall allot the G.P.F. Number to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from today.
