Hon'ble Deepak Verma,J.
The petitioner herein namely Sri Vishal Pengoriya S/o Shri Ramniwas Gupta is appearing in person and seeks to challenge the auction notice dated 3.2.2021 issued by the Bank for auction of the secured asset of a partnership firm named as M/s Modern Industries at 11-B/76-A Foundry Nagar, Agra, U.P.
The writ petition filed by one of the partners Sri Sachin Gupta and the firm namely Writ petition no.7136 of 2021(M/s Modern Industries And Another vs Reserve Bank Of India And 4 Others) has been dismissed.
Another writ petition filed separately by the partner of the firm cannot be entertained.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed.
