JUDGMENT / ORDER

Civil Misc. Impleadment Application dated 08.12.2014 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant has filed present impleadment application today in Court in which it has been stated that the opposite party has since been transferred and in his place, Sri Vinod Kumar Rai has been posted and he seeks permission to implead Sri Vinod Kumar Rai as opposite party in the present case.
Impleadment application is allowed. Let necessary impleadment be carried out within 48 hours whereafter notice be issued to the newly impleaded opposite party returnable within four weeks. Steps be taken within a week.
