Heard revisionist's counsel as well as learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
The present is criminal revision filed under sections 401/397 Cr.P.C. read with 53 Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2000 whereby veracity and validity of the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by the I-Additional Session Judge, District Chandauli in Criminal Appeal No. 12 of 2018 as well as the order 28.08.2018 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Chandauli arising out of Case Crime No. 281 of 2018, under section 364-A IPC, P.S. Mugalsarai, District Chandauli.
Contentions raised at the bar require detailed hearing on law and facts both. Notice on behalf of opposite party No.1 has been accepted by learned AGA. Issue notice to the opposite party no.2 returnable at an early date.
Opposite party no.2 may file counter affidavit within six weeks after the service. Learned AGA may also file counter affidavit within the same period. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Connect with Criminal Revision Nos. 3680 of 2018 and 3677 of 2018 and list the matter together immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period before the appropriate bench.
However, it is made clear that no interim relief has been granted to the revisionist in the instant revision.
