Sri Vashishtha Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared in the Class XIIth examination, in the category of improvement examination.
Sri Hridai Narain Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent Board, does not dispute that the petitioner was eligible to appear in the category of improvement examination, in subject of Chemistry Theory of Class XIIth, conducted by the respondent Board.
In view of the submissions of the parties, it is directed that the result of the petitioner be declared and a copy of the mark sheet be provided to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of.
