Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri B.D. Misra, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4.
Grievance is that respondent no. 4 has not been selected in fair and transparent proceedings for the post of ASHA.
Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, according to which, petitioner's complaint is already being enquired into and that an appropriate decision would be taken shortly.
As the respondents are already seized of petitioner's grievance relating to candidature of respondent no. 4, for selection to the post in question, no interference is required in the matter at this stage. It is, however, observed that the authority concerned shall examine petitioner's grievance after affording an opportunity of hearing to respondent no. 4, by passing a reasoned order within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
