The said order was confirmed in W.A.No.1225 of 2014. However, the order dated 19.09.2014 passed in the said Appeal was stayed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal [C] No.32993 of 2014 by order dated 08.12.2014.
In that view of the matter, this contempt case does not survive for consideration and it is accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioner to take necessary steps in future, if warranted. No order as to costs.
