JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. M.G. Nanavaty for the respondent - State.
The Secretary (Home Department) is directed to dispose of the application dated 18.04.2012 submitted by the detenue - Virsing Manaji Solanki as early as possible, preferably within seven days from date of receipt of writ of order of this Court.
Copy of this order be provided to the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of. Direct Service is permitted.
