JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Bhunesh Rupera, learned advocate for the applicant.
Mr.Chintan S. Popat, learned advocate, has appeared and submitted that he has received the instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.2.
Mr.Bhunesh Rupera, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Chintan S. Popat, learned advocate for respondent No.2, jointly submitted that the dispute is in nature of private/personal dispute and the parties have arrived at settlement and that, therefore, the parties jointly request that the FIR may be quashed.
For the said reason, it is also requested that there will not be any purpose in commencing or continuing prosecution and that, therefore, until the matter is disposed of, interim relief as prayed for may be granted. Therefore, below mentioned order is passed.
RULE returnable on 31.1.2013 until then ad-interim relief in terms of 10(C).
