JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 59
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 481 of 2014 Applicant :- Virnedra Pal Singh, Retired Teacher Opposite Party :- Vasudev Yadav, Director Of Education (Secondary) And Anr.
Counsel for Applicant :- Vikram D. Chauhan Counsel for Opposite Party :- S.C.
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel.
From the affidavit of compliance filed in these proceedings the Court notes that the claim of the applicant for release of arrears consequent to the report of the Sixth Pay Commission has since been disposed of. Although Sri Vikram D. Chauhan raises the issue of interest thereon consequent to its delayed disbursal, the Court notes that no categorical finding in this respect was recorded by the writ court. It is therefore open to him to represent the respondents if he so chooses and is so advised in this respect. Insofar as this petition is concerned the matter stands closed.
The petition is disposed of.
