(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict for grant of temporary bail so as to complete the financial arrangement for which he was granted temporary bail earlier in this very month for 14 days.
Learned advocate for the convict submitted that earlier when he was granted temporary bail before expiry of the same, he has approached this Court for enhancement but same was not granted and it orally transpired that after having surrendered to the jail authority, the convict may apply for fresh bail stating out the reasons in detail.
Learned advocate for the applicant-wife of the convict invited attention of the Court to the documents produced at Annexure-B collectively there the receipts of the amount given by the petitioner for the educational expenses of his daughter, which is to Rs.18000/-. Learned advocate also submitted that for the son, he will have to arrange for Rs.27,000/- and for that, he may be enlarged on temporary bail for a suitable period.

The fact that the convict was granted temporary bail in the month of June, 2012 and taking into consideration the fact that he could not complete the financial arrangement for both his children, the application is allowed.
For the contents of the application, the application is allowed. The convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 20 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the Jail authorities.
The convict shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the above temporary bail period. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
