Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Ramanuj Pandey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Prem Prakash Yadav, learned counsel representing respondent nos.2 & 3 and Sri Raj Kishor Yadav, learned counsel representing respondent no.5.
Election schedule has already been notified. In case the petitioner is aggrieved, he can always raise election dispute after elections are held and he has right to file objections as per the election programme already notified.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution.
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
