Mohd. Monis, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime submitted that the petitioner will deposit Rs.10,000/- within a period of two weeks which was imposed on him by the appellate authority vide order dated 18.2.2021 while restoring the licence of the fair price shop of the petitioner.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that if the petitioner after deposit of the said amount files an application along with the receipt of deposit of such amount before the appropriate authority with the prayer to restore the licence of the fair price shop as directed by the order dated 18.2.2021 passed in Suit No.01313/2019, Virendra Yadav Vs. State of U.P., the authority concerned will consider the same and pass appropriate orders preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.
