Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A for the State.
Learned A.G.A states that his instructions are complete.
The Investigation Officer is proceeding with the investigation of Case Crime No.910 of 2019 which is a cross F.I.R of the incident occurred on 28.10.2019.
The assertion of the petitioners herein that the said criminal case is based on false allegations cannot be examined in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
It cannot be said that the First Information Report does not disclose commission of cognizable offence.
No case is made out for interference.
It is open for the petitioner to apply for bail as and when required.
We do not find any reason to quash the First Information Report dated 31.10.2019 in Case Crime No.910 of 2019 under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 336, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S-Sikandrabad, District-Bulandshahar.
