Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.14, Azamgarh, to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 4066 of 2013 New No.994 of 2018 (State Vs. Bajrangi and others), NCR No. 94 of 2012, under sections 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station-Tarwa, District-Azamgarh, pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.14, Azamgarh, is directed to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No.4066 of 2013 New No.994 of 2018 (State Vs. Bajrangi and others), NCR No. 94 of 2012, under sections 504, 506, 427 IPC, Police Station-Tarwa, District-Azamgarh, pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law. Learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.14, Azamgarh, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
