This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of order dated 28.7.2016 as well as the entire proceedings arising out of Complaint Case No. 261/9/2015, under section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Thakurdwara, District- Moradabad, pending in the Court of Family Court, Principal Judge, Moradabad.
Heard applicant's counsel and learned AGA and perused the record.
Counsel for he applicant has admitted that deliberately remedy of seeking recall has not been followed.
No good ground to invoke inherent jurisdiction in the matter like this.
Application stands dismissed being premature.
Counsel will have liberty to adopt any legal remedy which may be applicable to the applicant.
