Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.
Considered the submissions. The respondent no.3, S.S.P., Etawah, shall look into the matter and consider the grievance and complaint of the petitioner and will take appropriate step, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, present writ petition is finally disposed off.
