This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, interalia, for the following relief:
"(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the concerned authorities to conclude the enquiry conducted by three members committee in fair and impartial manner, and to take appropriate action accordingly, by initiating civil as well as criminal proceeding against guilty persons/officers/official of concerned department, who are responsible for misappropriation of funds, which were allotted by State Government for different development works of Gram Panchayat Sawaran, Block Chilkahar, Tehsil Rasara, District Ballia.".
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Respondent No. 2 to ventilate his grievances, we hope and trust that he shall look into the matter and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
