Heard Sri Hari Prakash Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner. Present petition has been with following prayer:-
" Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 4 not to compel the Petitioner forcefully to deposit his fire Arms (N.P. Bore Riffle No. AB03-0811) in the Police Station without any reason and justification and order of competent authority."
At the very outset, Sri Hari Prakash Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
