Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
Grievance of the applicant is that the writ court order dated 16.10.2014 directing the competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the applicant within next three months is said to have been flouted.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of the writ court was served upon the opposite party on 8 Mary 2018.
In view thereof, contempt petition being barred by limitation under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is accordingly, dismissed.
